Where are you located? And what area(s) do you service?

We are located in Laurel, Maryland and are servicing the DC-Metropolitan Area.

How far in advance should I place my order?

TPlease place all orders at least three days before your desired in hand date. For orders larger than two dozen treats, please place a week in advance. Note: some order inquiries may require more time, so the sooner the better.

When is payment due?

Payment for all orders less than $100 is due IN FULL within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Your order is not secure until payment is received.

For order over $100, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before prior to your in-hand date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards.

How will I know that my order is secure?

Within 24 hours of submitting your order inquiry, you will receive an invoice via email.

Please review your invoice to ensure that the details of your order are correct in their entirety and submit your payment or deposit through our secured site.

Once your payment (or deposit) is received, you will be informed that your order is confirmed.

Should I refrigerate my chocolate-covered berries?

First, it is best to order your berries as close to the day that you plan to serve them as possible.

If you do not plan to eat/serve your berries on the day that you receive them then you should refrigerate them in a breathable container. In doing this, your strawberries should last between 2-3 days.

What is the best way to store my chocolate-covered treats?

With the exception of berries, which should be refrigerated, it is best to store your chocolate-covered treats in an air-tight container in a room-temperature space.
